Bonjour quand je lance mon ordinateur un écran apparaît avec le message d'erreur "there is a error in the smart détection " ils me disent d'appuyer sur f1 ou sur del

De plus quand j'appuie sur f1 le lancement de mon ordinateur prend beaucoup de temps cela fait plus de 20min que j'attend que mon ordinateur ce lance

Quel est le modèle exact de l'ordinateur ? Exemple : AN515-55-5890. Est-ce que le même problème se produit lors de la réinitialisation des paramètres du bios ?
