Mon ordinateur ne se rallume pas predator helios 300 PH-315-51-7075 2019

Modifié (février 2022) dans Predator et Nitro
Mon ordinateur m'afficher 0% de batterie, il a fonctionné plusieurs heures et il s'est éteint et ne veut plus se rallumer, quand je l'allume le voyant batterie s'éteint puis se rallume et le voyant bleu ne marche pas. Pourquoi ?
