Bonjour est-ce moi qui n'y comprend rien sur mon Prédator?

dans Predator et Nitro
Mon ordinateur est revenu du sav rapport tout vas bien mais quand j'installe un logiciel où désinstalle certaines applications aussi quand mon Pc demande à redémarrer, il a un redémarrage sur le bios est je n'arrive pas à en sortir sauf si je le redémarre en l'arrêtant sur le bouton d'arrêt principal ??? Normal ???

    Vous dites que lorsque vous désinstallez un programme, l'ordinateur accède automatiquement au bios ! Correct? Que se passe-t-il lorsque vous mettez à jour le bios vers la version R01-A3 ?

    Quel est le modèle exact ? Exemple PH315-52-58VH. Je n'ai pas bien compris le problème. L'ordinateur plante-t-il au niveau du logo acer lors du redémarrage de Windows ?

    bonjour hier j'ai installé deux petite applications mais au lieu de faire redémarrer , j'ai éteint le pc et rallumé et ça a fonctionné sans problème

    Ah ok d'après vous le bios n'est pas à jour pourtant j'avais envoyé le pc au SAV car il est neuf il me l'on renvoyé en disant que tout été ok et qu'il n'avait pas trouvé de problème.

    Oui, je pense que cela pourrait être un problème lié au bios. C'est pourquoi j'ai suggéré de mettre à jour le bios.

    je vous remercie de votre aide je pense que je vais appeler le service technique pour savoir comment se fait il qu'il n'est pas mis le bios à jour alors que le premier technicien que j'avais eu m'avait dit qu'il avait tout sur place au SAV vue que le Pc est neuf merci encore
