Nitrosense ne se lance pas Acer Nitro AN517-41,

Bonsoir tout le monde, j'ai récemment fait l'acquisition d'un Acer Nitro AN517-41, l'ordi fonctionne parfaitement mais néanmoins je ne peux pas lancer Nitrosense, le  logo apparaît et reste environ 2s et puis plus rien. J'ai donc recherché sur internet, désinstaller, télécharger la bonne version correspondant à mon appareil sur le site d'acer, réinstaller cette version et ce plusieurs fois, mais rien à faire, nitrosense ne se lance pas. 

Si donc quelqu'un avait une solution ou quelque chose pour m'aider cela m'aiderait beaucoup, je commence un peu a désespérer.

    J'ai l'ilmpression... Ce qui est super embêtant pour le coup parce que j'ai beau cherché sur internet et tester différentes méthodes, rien ne fonctionne...
