Bonjour, je viens d'acquérir un ordinateur portable Acer Aspire Vero AV14-51-57NC, et un ventilateur assez bruyant se met en marche sans raison apparente (ordinateur allumé depuis peu, pas de charge de travail…). Quelqu'un a t'il déjà rencontré ce problème, est-ce normal et est-il possible de l'atténuer ?

Bonjour @ChezClaire puisqu'il s'agit d'un appareil neuf et afin de ne pas avoir de problèmes avec la garantie, je vous suggère de contacter directement le vendeur ou Acer et de lui faire part du problème afin d'éviter que l'appareil ne subisse des dommages et qu'il puisse le changer ou l'envoyer à le service de garantie pour sa réparation.
