Run the Windows Keyboard troubleshooter or use an external USB keyboard and uninstall the Keyboard PS/2 driver in Device manager, make sure you are connected to the internet and just reboot, Windows will reinstall the KB driver. Set the correct language and keyboard for your PC. If that did not fix your KB problem, bring the PC to Acer Services in your country to check the keyboard.
