Chromebook Vero 514 : Unable To activate TouchScreen

Hello,
Just switched my chromebook (Model is CBD514-1H-P1AO), no touchscreen as it is supposed to be..
Found the trick to activate / unactivate the touchscreen (chrome://flags/#ash-debug-shortcuts, reboot, but Search+Maj+t does toggle touchscreen or anything).
Same pb than on the post below.
Can somebody help ?
