bonjour ma batterie est inactive bien que chargée à 64%
elle ne se charge plus et pour démarrer mon ordinateur je suis obligé d'être sur alimentation secteur la batterie reste avec une charge à 64% et n'augmente pas .
si je débranche l'alimentation secteur le PC s'arrête
comme le PC a une batterie interne j'ai essayé réinitialisation de la batterie je n'ai obtenu aucune amélioration
que dois-faire
