Bonjour,
ACER ASPIRE 5 A517-52G-72ZR
Mon PC redémarre quand je lui commande de s'arrêter depuis clique droit démarrer et arrêter
Ce n'est pas a chaque fois, quelques fois il s'éteins normalement
On m'a dit de vérifier les mises a jour du BIOS et de réinstaller le bios mais je ne suis pas expert et n'est pas envie de planter mon PC
Pourriez vous me dire si vous savez d'ou peut venir ce disfonctionnement et comment le résoudre

As-tu essayé de désactiver le démarrage rapide dans les options d'alimentation ?
