Bonjour,
Me revoilà pour un nvx pb, apres avoir dejà renvoyé mon pc chez acer pour changement carte mère defectueux, 7 mois apres mon pc ne s’allume plus, pas de voyant mise ss tension et batterie dechargé 😭, aucun pb coté chargeur j’ai testé le mien sur un colègue qui a aussi un nitro.. déjà arrivé a qq1??

La seule façon de résoudre le problème est d'envoyer à nouveau l'ordinateur portable pour réparation. Signalez tout problème rencontré avec votre ordinateur portable.

J'ai trouvé la panne sur la carte mère, un composant a complètement fondu juste en dessous l'arrivé de l'alimentation, il est plus sous garantie donc ils vont surement remplacer encore la carte mère et ça va me coûter assez cher mais j'ai plus confiance avec ce produit je pense je vais juste en racheter un autre et essayé de réparer moi mm celui là en changeant la pièce qui à grillé. mais incroyable d'avoir autant de pb sur un produit de cette gamme ..
