Bonjour à toutes & tous.
Je possède un portable aspire A317 33
acheté en 2021. Depuis peu, il ne démarre plus. J'ai fait tester le
cordon d'alimentation: RAS. Quelqu'un de votre équipe technique peut-il
prendre en charge ma demande svp ? Cordialement. Philippe

Salut! Pouvez-vous accéder au bios et le logo acer apparaît ? As-tu essayé de réinitialiser la batterie ?

Bonjour. Merci à tous ceux qui ont répondu a cette requête.Sachez que ACER a pris en charge mon portable. Le SAV a été rapide et efficace. Verdict: carte mère HS.Réparation faite. L'ordinateur m'a été retourné et marche sans problème. Merci à toute l'équipe ACER pour ce travail parfaitement exécuté.Bonnes vacances à toutes & tous.Problème résolu.1
