Predator Helios 300 - PH 315 53 freeze de l'ordinateur

Bonjour
Après quelques mois de fonctionnement sans problème, mon ordinateur freeze en permanence, après une heure ou un jour d'utilisation, sans cohérence et même quand il est simplement allumé sans être utilisé. Avez-vous des pistes de solutions ou faut-il le renvoyer en SAV ? Merci d'avance

    Ce problème a-t-il commencé après une mise à jour de Windows ? As-tu vérifié les températures ?

    Pour les mises à jour je ne sais pas mais depuis l'apparition du problème il y en a eu d'autres. Pour la température elle n'est pas en cause parce que le plantage intervient souvent quand il ne se passe quasiment rien à l'ordinateur. Par contre quand je le sollicite beaucoup, les ventilateurs s'accélèrent, la température monte>... mais il ne plante pas !! Précision  je suis sous Windows 11 et l'ordi a fonctionné correctement six mois sous cet OS avant de poser des problèmes

    Essayez de réinstaller Windows en appuyant sur alt+f10 :
