bonjour
le scanneur d'empreintes digitales ne fonctionne plus alors que cela fonctionnait parfaitement bien.
dans "paramètres" "mon compte" "option de connexion" :
message : "nous n'avons pas trouvé de scanneur d'empreinte digitale compatible avec la reconnaissance des empreintes digitales Windows hello...
Que faire ?

    bonjour, finalement après le passage à windows 11 et une réinitialisation de windows, le scanneur d'empreinte a fonctionné.

    dans le gestionnaire des périphériques, je n'ai plus le périphérique biométrique. Faut-il télécharger et réinstaller ce pilote FINGERPRINT?

    Essayez de réinstaller Windows en appuyant sur alt+f10 avant le logo acer.

    En suivant le lien donné, j'ai constaté que je n'ai pas l'application acer fingerprint manager dans mes programmes. son absence peut-il expliquer le fait que l'ordinateur ne détecte pas le scanner d'empreinte?
