Bonjour,
je possède depuis janvier 2020 un portable ACER NITRO AN 515-43-R4MW. Après 1 semaine de vacances lorsque j'ai rebranché l'ordi, la batterie ne se charge pas, les deux diodes sont en bleu et la barre de tache indique 0% Branché. Ce problème est-il connu Merci pour vos réponses

    Essayez de réinitialiser la batterie : éteignez l'ordinateur portable, débranchez l'adaptateur secteur, appuyez sur le bouton d'alimentation pendant trente secondes et laissez l'ordinateur portable éteint pendant trente minutes.
