installation Win10 Acer TMP215-53

Bonjour
Je souhaite réinstaller un windows 10 pro sur mon Acer TMP215-53 que je viens d'acheter.

Je boot bien sur la clé mais Windows ne trouve pas le disque lors de l'installation, alors que je boot bien dessus avec la version installée d'origine.
C'est un disque WD PC SN530 Nvme, quelqu'un a-t-il eu ce problème.

    Avez-vous essayé d'appuyer sur alt + f10 avant le logo acer?

    Pouvez-vous envoyer une photo de l'onglet INFORMATION du bios? Je voudrais voir si le ssd apparaît dans le bios.

    oui le disque est bien visible dans le bios, je pense que c'est le pilote qui n'est pas présent sur ma clé de boot mais je ne sais pas comment le trouver

    téléchargez ce pilote et extrayez-le sur la clé USB:
    https://global-download.acer.com/GDFiles/Driver/IRST/IRST_Intel_18.0.0.1135_W10x64_A.zip?acerid=637418887950491999&Step1=NOTEBOOK&Step2=TRAVELMATE&Step3=TRAVELMATE P215-53G&OS=ALL&LC=pt&BC=ACER&SC=PA_3

    Ensuite, accédez à l'installation de Windows et cliquez sur UPLOAD DRIVER, là où les partitions apparaissent.

    je peux faire charger un pilote mais je n'ai pas ce pilote et je ne le trouve pas sur internet non plus
