hi, i had a problem with  my laptop and i have no windows anymore and no partition with recovery(no windows no files nothing), im tring to find a way to recover my windows but i find any infmormation
what are my options?
can i downlad an iso and then ask the activation code to acer?
or acer have a recovery program? i saw on the us and canada they have a link and just with the SNID number you can download une copy of windows but here i cant find that.

Si vous avez formaté le disque dur, vous pouvez télécharger l'iso de Microsoft ici: https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows10ISO
    La série Windows est enregistrée dans la zone SLIC du bios.
