Bonjour,
Ce PC a deux ans et il a toujours bien fonctionné.
Aujourd'hui, l'ordi démarre normalement (bruit de démarrage et clavier qui s'allume) mais l'écran est extrêmement sombre, quasi noir.
Quand je branche un autre écran sur le port HDMI, ça s'affiche normalement (l'écran du portable reste très sombre).
J'ai mis à jour mes drivers et Windows update mais rien.
J'ai même essayé de planter un trombone dans le petit trou de la batterie à l'arrière de l'appareil mais ça ne change rien.
Rien de nouveau à signaler sur mon ordi et l'antivirus Windows ainsi que l'anti-malware ne trouvent rien.
Auriez-vous une solution ? J'aimerais éviter de devoir le renvoyer pour réparation vu que c'est mon seul outil de télétravail...

    Si le problème survient dans le bios, il est très probable que ce soit un problème avec l'onduleur, l'écran ou le câble edp.

    Bonjour,
    Je tape F12 au démarrage pour accéder au BIOS mais l'écran reste noir (et le BIOS ne s'affiche malheureusement pas sur mon autre écran).
    Mon BIOS me semble à jour d'après les drivers dispos sur le site d'Acer (Insyde corp V 1.16 mis à jour le 30/05/2019)

    Oui au temps pour moi, j'ai bien appuyé sur F2.
    Si je braque une lampe torche sur mon écran, je peux voir un peu ce qui est affiché, que dois-je regarder dans le BIOS s'il vous plaît ?

    Oui l'image est trop sombre dans le BIOS, voilà le maximum que je puisse avoir, désolée. Ca confirme seulement que j'ai bien accès au BIOS !
    Je pense que le rétroéclairage de mon écran a lâché...

    Je n'ai ni le tournevis adapté ni les connaissances pour ouvrir un ordinateur.
    Je voudrais juste d&terminer si le problème vient du software ou du hardware. Je suppose que le problème est hardware et je vais devoir le renvoyer à Acer pour réparation.

    Bonjour,
    Le rétro-éclairage de mon écran est revenu spontanément et semble remarcher pour le moment.
    Est-ce que je peux déterminer d'où venait le problème entre l'onduleur, l'écran ou le câble EDP ? Le problème reviendra probablement dans le futur et j'aimerais savoir quoi dire au réparateur quand ça arrivera.
