Bonjour, je suis pranay, je prévois d'acheter un ordinateur portable de jeu acer, j'ai besoin d'informations concernant la garantie, car je veux le commander en france site acer (acer.fr) et après quelques jours je retourne dans mon pays en Inde. acer offre-t-il une garantie internationale comme si je l'achetais en France et l'apportais dans mon pays, donc si des problèmes surviennent, sont-ils pris en charge et la garantie de 2 ans est-elle toujours valable en Inde?

Bonsoir,Non car la garantie standard n'est pas une garantie internationale (ITW).A propos de la garantie internationale:
- Q: My notebook was purchased in a country other than where I reside. Can I use the ITW to get my notebook fixed in my home country?
- A: No, only bona fide travelers who are in possession of a copy of the original sales invoice of the notebook may bring claims under the Acer ITW. The definition of a "bona fide traveler" under the Acer ITW is a person temporarily outside the territorial scope of the local warranty covering the respective notebook, without the intention of establishing a permanent residence. Otherwise, the notebook will only have a local warranty from where it was purchased; you will have to pay for any repairs made outside the country of purchase.

merci pour votre réponse, donc si vous avez acheté un ordinateur portable en france et si j'ai des problèmes en inde, quels sont les moyens d'obtenir une assistance, je veux dire est-ce que le centre de service acer local me soutient sans frais supplémentaires?
