    Merci beaucoup egydiocoelho mais c'est au delà de mes compétences qui plus est dans une langue étrangère.
    J'ai amené mon ordi à un réparateur qui m'indique que le disque doit être mort car il ne le voit que de 20 Mo.
    Donc je vais devoir me résigner à faire marcher la garantie et perdre mes documents.

    Oui, mais c'est un problème avec le firmware ssd. Vous pouvez corriger ce problème. Votre ordinateur portable est-il sous garantie?

    Ok je vais essayer de trouver un autre réparateur qui lui serait en mesure d'essayer de corriger ce problème.

    Pour la garantie, je suis en train de me renseigner car j'ai acheté l'ordi en avril 2019.

    Je pense que la garantie est de 2 ans en France. Cependant, j'essaierais de réparer le firmware:
