lecteur carte SD ne fonctionne pas du tout

bonjour,
je possède un APSIRE E5-575-5428, et depuis son retour de SAV (pb de mémoire) au mois de janvier, le lecteur de carte SD ne fonctionne plus, alors que celle-ci fonctionne via un adaptateur USB. J'ai installé le driver Realtek PCIE, mais rien n'y fait. Pouvez-vous m'aider?
