J'ai un problème de son avec PH517-51

Modifié (mars 2023) dans Archives de 2020
Il n'y a aucune carte de son détecté dans windows et ce même après la désinstallation et la résinstallation du pilote Realtek.  Il y a un message d'erreur sur le pilote OED Intel smart sound (code 10). Que dois-je faire pour régler ce problème?
