Bonjour,
J'ai un ACER Aspire 5 A515-51G-58XE (portable) qui fonctionne parfaitement sauf le clavier (comme s'il était verrouillé). Le touch pad fonctionne, la touche on/off du clavier aussi, la touche f2 au moment du boot aussi... mais le reste ne fonctionne pas. Si je branche un clavier sur un port usb, ça fonctionne.

Quand connectez-vous activement le démarrage sécurisé via msconfig ou le clavier fonctionne-t-il? Utilisez-vous déjà la batterie? Votre ordinateur portable est-il toujours sous garantie?

Oui j'utilise la batterie et mon pc est sous garantie. Même en mode sans échec, le clavier ne fonctionne pas non plus.
