Pouvez vouss m'aider car les touches de mon Acer nitro 5 AN517-51 ne répondent plus?

Bonjour,
Je viens d'acheter un Acer nitro 5 AN517-51  il y a pas longtemps encore et j'ai un problème en ce moment avec ces touches qui ne marchent plus:
&/1; 3/"/#; °/)/]; =/+/}; T; U; P; $/£/¤; J; ù/%; V; B; ESPACE; MAJ DROITE; INSERT; VERRNUM; 5; 6; 3; ...
Aidez moi svp

    Bonjour DavsKely !

    Commencez par mettre à jour tous les pilotes.
    Désinstallez ensuite le contrôleur de clavier dans le gestionnaire de périphériques.
    Exécutez la procédure de réinitialisation de la batterie et effectuez un test.
