comment mettre mon portable sf 315-52 à l'état d'usine?

je ne puis démarrer. j'ai essayé de faire une copie de mon disque dur SSD avec un logiciel de migration vers un ssd branché sur un port usb 3. La migration arrête vers la fin et me donne le message ci-attaché

    Ce n'est pas du clonage, mais vous pouvez installer le logiciel d'origine sur le SSD.

    j'ai easeUs partition master, mais je n'ai rien pu faire avec pour régler mon problème, ni avec easeUS Data Recovery...
