Puis je faire évoluer mon Acer prédator GX-972 ?

Bonjour à toutes et tous, 
Comme indiqué dans le titre je souhaiterai faire évoluer mon portable pradator GX-972 en terme de RAM et de carte graphique j'ai actuellement 16 GO de ram et un carte graphique GTX 1080, est ce que l'une ou l'un d'entre vous aurais déja fais cela ?
