Bonjour et merci de m'aider au plus vite !
Mon ordinateur ne veut plus démarrer le logo Acer s'affiche mais il s'éteint et se rallume et se ré éteint, ceci est depuis que j'ai installer des nouveaux pilotes. Je l'est déjà réinitialisé hier car sa m'affichait une page bleu avec plusieurs option, j'ai cru que le problème était régler mais nan ce matin en voulant l'allumer le logo acer tourne en boucle et l'ardinateur s'éteint et il se rallume tout seul !

    Quel est le modèle exact de l'ordinateur portable? Exemple an515-51-75kz.

    Je vous suggère donc de réinstaller Windows en appuyant sur alt + f10 avant le logo Acer.

    Merci mon ordinateur a enfin redémarrer mais j'ai encore un probleme quand je veut rentrer mon code sa me met administrateur je clic sur ce connecter et sa me met : le domaine spécifie n'existe pas ou n'a pas pu être contacté.

    Ba j'ai que celui là de proposer, mais ducoup vue que j'ai cru que c'était un bug j'ai éteint mon ordinateur et sa me fait le problème de réparation automatique et sa me redit de choisir une option

    Avez-vous vérifié si le problème persiste lors de la désactivation du démarrage rapide dans les options d'alimentation?

    La commande alt + f10 ne fonctionne-t-elle pas?
