acer aspire 7 a717-71g ma camera ne fonctionne pas

Bonjour ,  il y a une semaine j'ai reçu une mise à jour de Windows que j'ai installé et le lendemain quand j'ai fait un appel avec Skype, j'ai réalisé que la caméra ne fonctionnait plus sur mon ordinateur portable ACER Aspire 7 a717-71g. Cumment je dois faire d'après vous ?

    Avez-vous vérifié le gestionnaire de périphériques si la webcam est identifiée normalement?
    Avez-vous déjà essayé de mettre à jour les pilotes?
    Cela ne fonctionne-t-il que sur skype?

    Oui en fait pour une raison que j'ignore les paramètres de sons et de la caméra avaient été désactivé.
