Bonjour,
Je viens d'acquérir un ASPIRE 5 (A5156-51G-59MY) et j'ai un problème de charge de la batterie. J'ai un message "branché, pas en charge". J'ai contacté l'assistance ACER il y a 3 jours mais toujours pas de réponse>. Quelqu'un peut-il m'indiquer quoi faire ou faut-il renvoyer l'ordinateur au distributeur ?

    Bonsoir,

    Au plaisir, vu que le témoin clignote après reset batterie (alors qu'il ne faisait pas à l'achat) et qu'il est sous garantie, oui il est nécessaire de le retourner en atelier. Je ne vois pas d'autres solutions.

    a) Vous avez déjà essayé de réinitialiser la batterie interne:
    b) Vous avez déjà désinstallé ces pilotes:

    c) Vous avez essayé de mettre à jour les pilotes sur les sites Web Intel et nvidia:
    d) Vous pouvez vérifier si ce bouton est enfoncé en mettant des couches de ruban isolant:

    Depuis combien de temps avez-vous acheté l'ordinateur portable? Avez-vous essayé de réinstaller Windows en appuyant sur alt + f10 avant le logo Acer?

    La batterie et les voyants POWER clignotent-ils? Le portable s'allume-t-il uniquement avec la batterie?

    Le voyant batterie clignote et le voyant POWER (bleu) ne clignote pas. Le portable ne s'allume pas avec la batterie (je suppose parce qu'elle n'est pas chargée), il s'allume uniquement branché sur secteur.

    Bonsoir,

    Le témoin de batterie ne devrait pas clignoter quand la batterie est en charge. Si il clignote, vérifiez si le témoin s'éteint ( ordinateur éteint et sur secteur) en maintenant le trombone sur le trou de réinitialisation. Si oui, la simulaion de retrait batterie a réussi, il est possible de relâcher le trombone. Dans le cas où il clignote encore, la batterie est à changer. Sil est fixe, accédez au bios (F2 au démarrage) et enregistrez les modifications avec F10 puis Entrée.

    Merci Nitro, mais le témoin clignote toujours et si j'ai bien compris, la batterie est à changer ... pour un matériel de moins de 3 mois !!!
     Je vais renvoyer l'ordi au service après-vente. En tout cas merci à tous pour vos conseils.
