Gros lag depuis que j'ai installé le bios 1.24

Bonjour, comme dit dans le titre mes jeux sont injouables depuis que j'ai installé le bios 1.24 pouvez-vous m'aider svp
Mon PC est Acer nitro 5 an515-53

    Avez-vous essayé d’appuyer sur f9 pour restaurer le bios et corriger certains bugs pouvant gêner le démarrage du système, puis sur f10 pour les sauvegarder lors de la fermeture du bios?

    Cela n’a pas résolu mon problème sauf que les chargements sont moin long mais sinon pour les gros freeze et lac rien n’a changé

    Après le blocage de l'ordinateur, y a-t-il une erreur? Vous pouvez essayer de rétrograder le bios, mais s'agit-il d'une procédure extrêmement risquée? Ou vous pouvez vous attendre à lancer un nouveau bios, qui sera bientôt!
