I purchased an X34 and as I've used it I'm noticing ghosting in certain games more and more (namely Fallout 4 and Hearthstone). I contacted Acer support and they suggested I send my monitor in for repair. I'm getting close to the end of the return period for the monitor, so I wanted to ask if this is even worth it? Is sending the monitor in for repair going to change anything, or is ghosting just a fact of life with this display?
I'm coming from an Asus PB278Q, which when I switch back to, shows no ghosting whatsoever that I can see. I really wanted to get excited for this monitor, but if the ghosting won't go away I'm not sure that I can.
If anyone knows any steps I can take to solve or minimize the issue I'd be happy to try them before sending this monitor back.
