On ChromeOS, users can setup and save printers to their Chromebook for easy printing.
To setup a printer on your Chromebook Open the Settings⚙️ application. You can do so by selecting the time in the bottom right corner of the screen, then selecting the gear icon. On the left side of the Settings window, select Device . Then, on the right side, select Print. Nearby printers that are connected to the same network will appear under the Other available printers section. If you see your printer under this section, select Save to add it to your saved printers. To add a printer manually, select Add printer manually. When prompted enter the printer's IP Address , and if applicable change the Protocol used. Select Add to add the printer to your saved printers. If you're having trouble connecting to your printer, ensure the printer is powered on, updated, and connected to the same network.
