How to Connect an Acer Portable Display to Your Computer
- Connect the USB-C transmission cable to a USB-C port on your computer.
- Power on the monitor and you should see your display on the monitor.
- If you do not see an image on the monitor, go into your computer's display settings and select Extend desktop to this display. You can find additional information on dual display settings in our support article How to Setup Dual Monitors.
Note: Your portable monitor will receive power from the USB-C port on you computer so you do not need to connect the AC adapter.
How to Connect an Acer Portable Display to Your Phone
- Plug the AC Adapter to an electrical outlet and connect it to the monitor as shown above.
- Connect the USB-C cable to your phone.
- Power on the display and you should see your phone screen on the monitor.
- If the display is not automatically recognized, restart your phone to see if it will connect.
Note: This device is only compatible with phones that support video out via a USB-C 3.1 port.
