Stuck at Acer Logo

My laptop is stuck at Acer logo and blinks. No loading sign appears the logo just blinks. I can access the Boot menu but I don't know what to do. Can anyone help

  Press and hold the power button until it turns off, repeat for a total of 3 times on the 3rd time it will boot to a blue screen with recovery and repair options
