acer aspire 5431 v-Detects No Web cam

Hello

 

My problem is this I have a acer aspire v5-431 works the best but the only problem you have is the camera does not detect me ye restored my laptop to factory mode and still does not recognize me I try to install acer crystal eye web cam and tells me that no web cam looking at the installed devices and does not appear to me no lies. I have this problem for a year now and I would like to fix if I can please give me a solution is a web camera hd

    If you reinstalled the operating system and it still not working, I would suggest that you contact technical support for more help.

    has probado con una webcam usb

    haz esa prueba y nos dices como te fue
