- Keying: B+M key (supports SATA only, not NVMe)
- Interface: SATA III (not PCIe/NVMe)
What SSD You Can Use:
You can install a SATA M.2 SSD, such as:
Do not buy an NVMe SSD (like Samsung 970 Evo) — it won’t work in that slot.
You Might Need:
- A mounting screw (some laptops don’t include it in the slot).
- A BIOS update if the drive isn't detected, but usually not needed.
