AN515-54 - Trouble with Nvidia 1660 ti

Greetings community,
I have bought an Acer Laptop model Nitro 5 (AN515-54) with core i-7 9750h, 16gb RAM, Nvidia 1660ti, ssd 128 and 1TB HDD.
I have problems with my GPU performance when i want to play games the frame rates are very low.
Games like Darksouls 3 runs at 10-25FPS range and the internet connection is restricted by the game because the low frame rate.
I try the Red Dead Redemption 2, and it runs at 10 FPS or lower with the lowest graphics.
I have changed my OS from Windows 10 HOME to windows 10 Pro. I have installed the last NVIDIA DRIVERS, and the last GAME READY drivers too. I have installed the last version of the BIOS and the low GPU performance persists.
Can anyone help me ???

I have tried the DDU process to uninstall the nvdia and intel drivers (described here file:///C:/Users/Ricardo/Desktop/GTX%201660TI%20Huge%20lags%20since%20a%20few%20day%20_%20NVIDIA%20GeForce%20Forums.html), but it did not work. I have a very low frame rate yet. Can anyone help me ?
