Hace como un mes que estuve teniendo problemas con mi computadora, es una Nitro AN515-55 de Acer. Mi computadora tiene dos gráficas: una Intel(R) UHD Graphics y una NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650. Hasta ahí todo bien.
El problema llega con el controlador de NVIDIA, que cuando funciona junto con la de Intel pasan dos cosas:
- Empieza a funcionar mucho más lento
- IMPORTANTE: A la computadora al cabo de 1 minuto aproximadamente se le tilda completamente la pantalla o crashea con una pantalla negra que dice "VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR" y en otras ocasiones pantallas similares, por ejemplo "VIDEO MEMORY MANAGEMENT INTERNAL" o algo así.
Tras saltar la pantalla numerosas veces, la tarjeta de NVIDIA automáticamente se bloquea, en el Administrador de Dispositivos aparece con un error que era si mal no recuerdo un código 31, que refería a que Windows no permitía que iniciara la tarjeta NVIDIA.
Intenté absolutamente todo, reinstalar mi controlador de NVIDIA desde la página oficial de NVIDIA, desde la página oficial de Acer (usando algo que se llama VGA), usar el DDU en modo seguro, realizar instalaciones limpias a la hora de instalar los drivers...además de eso intenté cambiar la configuración muchas veces, actualizar con Windows Update, pero nada parece funcionar;
Cada vez tengo un resultado distinto. A veces desaparece el controlador NVIDIA, otras veces aparece con el código 31, otras veces aparece duplicado con el código 31, otras veces aparece pero oculto, otras aparece el Adaptador básico de pantalla de Microsoft con un código 10...
Actualmente ocurre que aparece el Intel(R) UHD Graphics, y el adaptador básico de pantalla de Microsoft con un código 45, lo mismo con el controlador NVIDIA (todo esto en el administrador de dispositivos).
Hice una búsqueda intensiva por todo internet, incluso le pregunté a IAs para ver si podían encontrar una solución pero no encuentro ninguna, por favor si alguien me puede ayudar me harían un gran favor, pídanme toda la información que necesiten y se las voy a dar. Muchas gracias.
POR CIERTO: estos son los códigos de error que mencioné:
C. 10: No se puede iniciar el dispositivo. Intente actualizar los controladores de este dispositivo.
C. 31: Este dispositivo no funciona correctamente porque Windows no puede cargar los controladores requeridos para este dispositivo.
C. 45: Actualmente, este dispositivo de hardware no está conectado al equipo. Para solucionar el problema, vuelve a conectar este dispositivo de hardware al equipo.

It's been around a month since my computer has been playing up, it's an Acer Nitro AN515-55. This computer has got two drivers: Intel(R) UHD Graphics and a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650. So far so Good.
The problem comes down to the NVIDIA driver, which when they work together with the Intel driver two things happen:
- The computer starts to work way more slowly
- IMPORTANT: The computer's screen, after around 1 minute, freezes completely or the computer itself crashes with a black screen which says "VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR" and in some cases similar screens, such as a so-called "VIDEO MEMORY MANAGEMENT INTERNAL".
After crashing a few times, the NVIDIA driver gets automatically blocked, and in the Device Manager it says an error which I think was the error 31, which said that Windows didn't allow the NVIDIA graphics to work.
I tried absolutely everything, reinstalling the NVIDIA driver from the official NVIDIA page, from the Acer official page (using a so-called VGA), using DDU in safe mode, making clean installations when reinstalling the drivers...on top of that I tried to change the settings several times, updating Windows, but nothing seems to work;
I have a different result every time. Sometimes the NVIDIA graphic disappears, sometimes it does appear but with a code 31, other times it appears duplicated with the same error, other times it appears but hidden, other times the basic Microsoft display adapter with a code 10...
Currently the Intel(R) UHD Graphics work just fine, but both the basic Microsoft display Adapter and the NVIDIA driver appear hidden with a code 45.
I made some fiercely Deep research throughout all the internet, I even asked two AIs to investigate and see if they could find a solution but I had no success, please if someone could help me it would be fantastic, ask me for all the Information that you need and I will give it to you. BTW: These are the code errors just in case:
C. 10: The device cannot be started. Try to update this device's drivers.
C. 31: This device doesn't work properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.
