Bluetooth connection CP311-28 series

I have just purchased a new Chromebook Spin and I am trying to connect my Samsung S10 by bluetooth but it will not connect. My phone is visible as I have other things like car phone etc connected,but when I try to connect my Chromebook it tells me on the Chromebook that nothing is visible. Anyone help please

at first i suggest you to connect your chromebook with anyother bluetooth device to test if the chromebook recognizes any. Just connected another item a selfie stick to my chromebook by bluetooth worked ok0

Your phone should look at the Chromebook as if it were speakers. Does the Chromebook not show up on the list of Bluetooth devices on the phone?
