A315-41-R7WT: ¿Qué puedo hacer si mi Acer se apaga al desconectar el cargador de CA?"

Me marca que la batería está al 100% y al desconectar el cargados se apaga la lap automáticamente, si quiero volver a encenderla, tengo que conectarla al cargado forzosamente. Ya intenté el reset de la batería. Espero puedan ayudarme, gracias.

    It can be a battery issue. maybe the battery has gone bad. try to reinstall the battery drivers. hold windows key and X. >>> go to device manager>>> try to reinstall the drivers and restart the computer. dont delete the drivers.
