    No my model is V3-575G-79XK , I tried to reset the battery but it won't work.

    Have you tried uninstalling these drivers and restarting the notebook?

    Edit: Wait I only uninstall the MicorosoM ACPI-Compliant. Do i need to uninstall them both?
