Buzzing and slow motion noise when listening to anything

I keep trying to listen to music, but whenever I do, it starts this weird buzzing noise and goes in slow motion. So, I will turn off my computer and turn it back on and it stops. But, then it starts again. I have been doing this for a few weeks now. But, I'm just tired of it. How do I make it stop??

    Many notebook models are suffering from this wheezing problem, so it looks like there is some conflict between the realtek driver and the 1803 version of windows 10! The only way that definitely fixed the problem for most models is to uninstall and delete the audio driver and let the default driver for windows installed:

    Here is just an example of how to uninstall and delete a driver!
