Low fps in overwatch and sometimes in heroes of the storm (plugged and more in unplugged).

Hi guys im new and english isnt my mother language, so sorry if i write bad.

I have this laptop (Predator Helios 300) since 2 days. and i had this problems:

1) (solved) The laptop turned off when was unplugged and for no reason (battery full). What i did was reset the battery. Didnt had more problems, but im scared because i dont know what can happen in the future.

2) Low fps when laptop is unplugged. Yes, playing heroes of the storm 30-20 fps in extreme settings  and 30-20 fps when im playing Overwatch in MEDIUM settings. I thought i can play overwatch in ultra settings without problems but i cant even play in medium settings! I tried changing the power settings in high performance, and changed advanced power settings like the processor power management when is unplugged. I think i have the NVIDIA drivers updates, i update all that i can update. (i dont know if i did it right), i set High perfomance in control panel Nvdia settings too. I dont know what more i can do.

3) 60-50 fps when laptop is plugged. Playing heroes of the storm in Extreme settings and 40-50 when playing overwatch in Medium settings. I have seen videos of Predator Helios 300 performing Overwatch in Ultra settings without no problems!. I dont know what to do.

I wanna know  how can i  reinstall the Gpu Nvidia o something like that. I dont know if i have the lastest updates too.

I need some help please!!

2. The NVIDIA GeForce Experience has a setting that caps your fps to 30 fps when it is unplugged to save battery. You can disable this, it is called Battery Boost, but* take note it will decrease your battery life greatly and 20-30fps should be playable without any noticeable stuttering.

3. Most games use Vertical Sync (VSync) which caps the frame rate to that of the screen (60) because anything more is wasted essentially. It is normal to have a max of 60fps with it dropping into the 50s during different loads. There are a couple things that you can try to improve the performance.

 - Check your Power Profile for "Intel(R) Graphics Settings" and "PCI Express" (believe you said you already did)
 - In NVIDIA control panel, use the option "Let the 3D application Decide" under "Adjust image settings with preview"
 - In NVIDIA Control Panel, set "Power management mode" to "Adaptive" under "Manage 3D settings"
 - Check your Intel Graphics Settings and make sure they are set accordingly (unplugged to power saving/balanced for better battery, plugged in to high performance, or however you like)
 - How are your CPU and GPU temperatures? Are they staying under 95C?

Please let us (and me) know if some of it helped or not. And remember the GTX1060 is a mid range graphics card, and not 100% surprising it will not handle maximum graphics settings in all games.
