Acer iconia tab 8 (A1-840) doesn't boot up ....

During an update the tablet powered of and when it tried to restart I got the following message in a blue box ..'EFI Hard Drive has been blocked by the current security policy' and a box saying 'OK'

Tried all the tricks to get it to boot.

When I hold up or down volume keys and press on I get the same result.

If I hold down up and down volume buttons together then press on I get the following ... Entering DnX mode. Waiting for fast boot command.

If I connect a keyboard to the tablet, press on, then 'enter' on the keyboard, I get a list of failed commands, then .. 'Shell>-'

It is doing my head in... need some help please, any suggestions?

i think this issue can be fixed ony by Acer support service.
