(b) I ran a diagnostic tool GSmart, which does find both SSD (just like the BIOS shows its name as SP3111 but no S/N). However, it says the SSD capacity is only about 20MB, among other info. Hello @William_mk2 Thanks for the reference link. My BIOS info page does show HDD name (PS3111), but no S/N is shown. Perhaps this means the motherboard is not talking to the SSD, or the SSD is shot?
