Thanks for replying. Sorry i didn't mentiom the operating system. I am using windows 8.1. I have downloaded the bluetooth drivers that were on acer drivers page. I searched it by SNID but it didn't work. I have tried all three atheros , broadcom and intel.

in i don't find BCM 2027020A driver for my acer v3 - 472p 35fz laptop. please help me on this. Comment by umarijaz May 2016
