  • Thanks Christy1. I called Acer Support but they told me that because it is out of warranty, it would cost $599 for repair, which is more than the monitor is worth. I don't think I have any Acer Support paths beyond that, unless you know of a path I didn't follow?
  • Jack22- Thanks for your response. We did as you suggested, and nothing changed. The monitor still will not power up. Any other suggestions appreciated as we don't want to have to throw this expensive monitor away after only 4 years!
