Hi, Thanks for your reply. Is it the "Check Compatibility" link? I downloaded and ran. But it said my device is incompatible. I definitely used "Acer Care Center" when I purchased my laptop. What does it mean by "incompatible"? I can't find any other reasonable link to download "Acer Care Center" in your suggested page.
