I am not sure how related it is to this topic but recently i encountered the same issue, I was using Iconia w4 & w7 tablet and had set the supervisor password in order to diable secure boot access for the sole purpose of booting from USB which by the way never works. Anyhow, when i couldnt remove those supervisor password…
