in my case. nope. Applying pressure causes the screen to flex slightly. Bubbles remain same size and shape. I do live in a country with high humidity but have never experienced bubbles forming on my monitors, phone screen, tv and so on.

At first, it was a tiny one which was tolerable, but over time, it has merged with with surrounding bubbles and has started to become quite large and unsightly.
