Actually I don't know. 2 days back, I visited Acer Service Centre they told me to first diagnose hdd for any corruption that's why I am asking. Then install SSD.

Hi, @brummyfan2 I am going to buy Western Digital WD Blue SA510 SATA 500GB, Up to 560MB/s, 2.5 Inch/7 mm, 5Y Warranty, Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) (WDS500G3B0A) which I listed above. Are u sure it will compatible by replacing the hdd? Actually, because of non return product available on Amazon.

Hey @Jack22 thanks for helping me out. I was thinking to buy one of them- western digital sn570 nvme m.2 ssd pcie 3.0 500gb for m.2 slot or Crucial MX500 500GB 6.35 cm (2.5-inch) SSD. Are they not compatible with my laptop? Do I have to buy from the given lists? Also let me know about my system pcie version?
